For the first conversation, tell us the document type, approximate page count, target language and your preferred deadline. If an institution gave you translation instructions, keep them available. We will agree on how to share the document; you do not need to attach it to your first message.

Institutions may require a particular format or statement. Confirm those requirements directly with the recipient and share them with us before booking. We do not promise certification, notarization or institutional acceptance without first reviewing the requested scope.
